When can I expect my order?
Our average delivery time is 5 to 14 business days.
The estimated delivery time has passed
In nearly all cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time. However, delays may occasionally occur if an item is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, the delivery time may be extended by 2 to 3 days.
If your package is lost by the courier, we will of course send you a replacement package free of charge.
How much are the shipping costs?
At Laurent Calgary, you always enjoy free shipping, including Track & Trace.
We ship our orders with Canada Post.
Returns & Exchanges
I want to return an item — what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your package.
Returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in original condition

All labels and tags must be attached

No signs of wear or use
Before returning your item(s), please contact our customer service at:

Include your order number and the reason for return so we can process it correctly.
All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
Once we have received your item(s) in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly, which means cancellations are unfortunately not possible after an order has been placed.
